List Files

Online Help is available.

Contains the message that the list server sends in reply to help requests.

Contains a message that the list server sends in reply to completion of a subscribe request.

Contains the text at the beginning of every message sent to the list.

Contains the text at the end of every message sent to the list.

List Options

Anyone can post                        These options are overridden by a Posters file,
Only Subscribers can post       if present. Contact the system administrator for
Only Moderator can post          information about or modification of the Posters file.

Reply to List - This instructs the subscribers mail program to send replies to the list
                              address instead of the message's sender.

Disable List Command   - This tells the system administrator to disallow requests for a list
                                                    of the members of the list.

Disable Subscriptions (Private List) - if selected, subscribers must be added manually.

Enable Digest Mode - configures list to store copies of every message sent for the
                                             purpose of sending a "digest" to selected users.

Enable Subject Modification - places text in box on next line at the beginning of      each message's subject line.

Enable Header - instructs list server to add the contents of the HEADER file
                                   to the top of every message.

Enable Trailer - instructs list server to add the contents of the TRAILER file
                                    to the bottom of every message.

Please leave the remaining settings to the system administrator.

Modify List Users Address List

To modify an address select the address from the list and fill in the edit box with the new address and press Modify.
To delete an address select the address from the list OR fill in the edit box
and press Delete.
