Bounced MessagesEmail sent to an address on your list may be returned for any of several reasons. The most common are misspelled email addresses, out-of-date addresses, and full mailboxes. Read the bounce message to determine the reason that the message was returned. A misspelled address will cause mail from the list to either go to the wrong person, or to be returned to you as the list owner. Out-of-date addresses must be removed. Misspelled addresses can be corrected, or removed from the list.
See: List Maintenance Walkthrough (step-by-step) or List Parameters Page Most internet companies set limits on the amount of disk space that each email account may use. When a mailbox is full, the company rejects any additional messages.
